Decide if you would like your order mailed via Standard or Express Delivery as described below and call Shane Candies at 215-922-1048 from Monday - Saturday between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM, or simply mail in the order with a check or money order made payable to Shane Candies, 110 Market St., Philadelphia PA 19106.
By Fax: You may also fax in the order to 215-940-0003. Please be sure to include the following information on your fax: your name, address & phone number along with the size and quantity of candy you wish to purchase and total # of pages of the fax. Please do not re-fax or duplicate your order by phone or mail. If you believe your order has not been properly processed, please call us call at 215-922-1048.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it to us for a prompt, courteous replacement, exchange, or refund.
Please be aware that it will take 24-48 hours to complete your order. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible unless the customer requests an earlier or later specified shipping date. During the Christmas holiday season, please place your order before December 14 th so you may be assured the candy will arrive by Christmas Day.
Standard Delivery
The following rates apply to Standard Delivery shipments anywhere within the continental United States and should be added to the final value of the order based upon its total cost.
Normal delivery time for a Standard Delivery shipment in the Philadelphia area is one to two-days. For the Central States estimated delivery time is three days and for the West Coast it is five to six days. States estimated delivery time is three days and for the West Coast it is five to six days.
